Making organizations more welcoming towards team members with disabilities takes work, but if done well, it has great potential to strengthen team dynamics, company outcomes, and even reduce turnover rates. Join PDXWIT, along with our virtual host for the evening Survey Monkey as we welcome Eliza Greenwood, a digital marketer and an accessibility trainer. Greenwood brings 20 years of experience working with people with disabilities and will share a model for building inclusion into your organization. Greenwood will provide individuals and company leaders permission to "fail forward" and iterate. This event will also feature folks with disabilities telling their own stories and sharing workplace tips including what they are looking for in allies and workarounds for accessibility.
